  Current resident here. One of the best communities to live at. Super clean apartment units. Reasonable rent. The apartments are fabulously maintained so when you move in you would not have to worry about anything at all. Unwelcome guests cannot enter building since everyone needs an access code to enter. Gym is a nice bonus. So is the pool and extra storage space for each apartment. Well lit parking lots definitely makes it lot safer. Customer service is Top Notch at the leasing office. They all always welcome and greet everyone. Always smiling. Patiently answers all the questions. Victoria V at the office is very polite and takes a notable amount of effort to answer and explain questions and resolve any issues. Maintenance team is fast and reliable. You can request ONLINE (when you are busy at work) for the maintenance guys to come in and fix any issues. Now that’s super customer friendly. Would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

  Lived here for a year and could not be more disappointed. The amount of money you pay is just insane for where you live. These are by far the worst apartments I have ever lived in throughout my military career, and various stays in other parts of the country. Also, if you break your lease early no mattet how much notice you pay 2 months rent which I beliebe for me was approx. $2500. Honestly, just by a home for the price here you can get a beautiful home. This is just a rundown apartment complex trying to squeeze residents for every dime they have.
