  I am a clean freak. My apartment is spotless 24/7. I rarely have food on the counter, and if so, it is promptly cleaned up after use. The reason I mention this is that my brother and I have found cock roaches in our apartment for the last 10 months or so. We believe they are coming in through under the doorway, which has a about an inch clearance to the floor. I see a used condom in the hallways on a monthly basis. There is one condom that has been sitting in plain site for over 2 months now. The neighbors are ghetto. Kids are everywhere. I have had my packages stolen on 3 separate occasions. The office takes no responsibility for this, although they sign for and allow packages in plain sight. The office has argued with my over and over again needlessly; they are very unprofessional, raising their voices to a college student, I'm basically a kid still. There has even been times where they refused to retrieve my package for me. I have also been told that they are guest spots, but when my friends parked there, they got towed; this costs roughly $170 and a 8 mile drive to schaumburg. I can't wait to leave.

  DO NOT MOVE HERE! We moved out in 2015 and they said we didn't give 60 days notice (I did, I mailed it to them) so they took my entire 400$ security deposit, they also are trying to charge us a total of 1800$ for damages... Also not true, I have pictures. I now have to hire an attorney to make this all go away, I would rather prove them wrong in court then give them a single dime. We always paid the overpriced rent on time. The place is full of hood rats that blast music super late into the night and smoke weed in the halls. The place is the most disgusting place I have ever seen. I paid for a key fob for the doors but THEY DIDN'T EVEN LOCK! Good luck having anyone stay over or stay late at your house, there so called guest parking got my friends car towed twice..... THIS IS YOUR WARNING I SWEAR YOU CAN FIND BETTER DON'T FALL FOR IT! YOU AND YOUR BANK ACCOUNT WILL SURELY REGRET IT!!!!!!!
